We are ready for Christmas! The tree is up and the house is decorated. We all just love this time of year! We also have started a new tradition. Anita bought us the Elf on the Shelf. The kids named our elf, Fala- after FDR's dog, which they learned about on our NY trip. Fala is a troublemaker though so in the morning the kids get such a kick out of seeing what Fala gets into during the night. Mommy's cousin, Ian with his wife Melissa and kids Liam, Calvin, and Annie stopped on there way to Florida. It was a great visit! Troy and Rosalie just loved playing with their cousins. Grandma and Peepa came to visit. We all had so much fun! Troy loves to help Peepa around the house doing odd jobs that involve tools and their tradition of going grocery shopping for a months supply of snacks. They also made the coolest stuffed animal "cage" for the kids. I saw it online and fell in love with it so Peepa made them for the grandchildren.
