Today was a beautiful day. We were going to go to Botanica, but the kids just wanted to play in the pool at home. It was a lot of fun.      Troy is at that "hate getting my picture taken" age.  Rosalie's friend gave her a pair of fake glasses. They look adorable!      Daddy threw cold water on them from up on the porch. This picture makes me think in no time they will be teenagers.  Since Troy is getting too old for parties we decided to do a family get-away. We went to Oklahoma City and had a great time. Yesterday, we went to a osteology museum and saw all different animal skeletons then we stayed at a hotel with an indoor pool. After dinner we drove around the city some and found a neat park. Today, we went to The National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, which was so neat! A Candle In His Cinnamon Roll   Troy loves the new basketball he got.        Today was day one of the Oak Street Elementary Talent Show. Rosalie did a great job!   Daddy's Birthday! Yesterday, the school made their annual zoo trip. Cici and I joined Rosalie's class since last week we did Troy's 4th grade picnic.   Rosalie wearing a bison hide. Cici watching the Pronghorn. Feeling What It's Like In The Rain Forest.       We were so lucky to spend Mothers Day with Grandma and Grandpa! Then at rugby practice Troy earned the game ball. Finally a few days later we got a kiddie pool and Cici loves it.      Yesterday, when Troy was at rugby practice we went to Botanica, the Wichita Botanical Gardens. We love going.            I love the missing tooth look and the other front tooth is loose too, it will look so cute with both missing!     After a birthday party, Rosalie and I went shopping. We picked out new swimsuits for the girls and more!       Water War!  |
