Our great neighbors asked us to "pool sit" while they are out of town. They said it needs to be swam in lots to keep it stirred, Troy has taken this job very seriously.

After a long hiatus, Troy and Mommy are back to making crafts. Rosalie is still being cute and Daddy is on summer vacation! However, I Keep Finding Him In The Fridge For Some Reason! Troy says its his hiding place. Rosalie thinks "Finally, someone my size!"  How Are We So Lucky To Have Such Happy Children?? JellyFishPoor Troy got stung by a jellyfish yesterday at the beach. It got him all across the front, insides, and backs of his legs. A teenager pulled the jellyfish out of the water and it was by far the biggest I have seen on our beaches. The tentacles were 2-3 feet long. He pulled it out by its head (which doesnt sting) and it took two hands to pull it out. My poor baby! Needless to say he was in a lot of pain. We called the dr and were sent to the pharmacy to pick up items to ease the pain and of course M&Ms to cheer him up. Troy keeps repeating "I no like Jellyfish, they are bad!" We took this as a learning experience for Troy and taught him all about jellyfish. We made this one, which Troy named Thomas Jefferson, then changed the name to Bob The Builder, and finally settled on Poseidon. Were hoping Troy isnt scared of the beach after this experience, but with how much he loves water I cant see that happening.   Angelo had a great Fathers Day. We relaxed around the house then went out for icecream to Shortlane with friends, its become tradition. After icecream we went to Taco Bell (Daddy's choice for dinner.) Last night he was hesitant about it, but he woke up this morning ready to go. On the car ride there I realized my Troy is no longer a baby! He did great! No cavities! They even gave him a CARS toothbrush. Ready to go! Even wearing his lucky belt! Rosalie has her foot up relaxing since she has nothing to worry about- no teeth! Such a big boy! My cousin Ian, his wife Melissa, and their two boys Liam and Calvin visited us these past few days. Troy had so much fun playing with the boys. They have so much in common- Cars, Thomas, and Toy Story! We also went to the outlets and found some great deals. Angelo is so excited about the pink Jets outfit we found on sale for Rosalie. Lets hope it brings them some good luck this year!         Trying To Get The Perfect Cousin Picture  Rosalie Got Fed Up With Posing For The Camera Strong BabyGirl Lifting Her Head Up Today was about 95 degrees, luckily we have great neighbors that couldn't say no to Troy when he asked to go swimming. Even Rosalie enjoyed the pool. After the initial shock of cold, she loved it. The kids are such fish!           We started this morning with a walk around the block with friends. April gave birth to Bryce about a month ago and we are both anxious to lose the baby weight. Afterwards April, her son Hunter who is a year older than Troy and Bryce, and Brianne with her daughters Alannah who is about 6 months younger than Troy and Caelyn who is not even a month old all came over. The older kids swam and played and the babies and mommies sat in the shade. It was a great day!         |
