Today, we did some shopping. Troy will still wear anything I pick out for him without objection. I find shopping for him fun because there is no objection.  Rosalie, on the otherhand is quite opinionated about her wardrobe. I gave in to buying her this "pinkalicious" dress. If anything it will give us a break from the Hello Kitty one that she wears as soon as it is washed.

I haven't posted in awhile. The reason is Rosalie has been very sick so we have been busy caring for her. Saturday, Rosalie got sick. We figured it was just a stomach bug, however Sunday she still could not keep anything down. She hadn't peed all day and was incredibly lethargic. Finally, we called the Dr. on call. She had us do a capillary test where her finger is pinched and you count how long it takes to return to normal color. Rosalie's took about 6-7 seconds, it should take 2. The Dr. sent us straight to the E.R. There they were close to having to put an IV in to get fluids in her, however she ate the two popsicles like she was asked. They told us she would not be allowed to go until she went potty. Finally, it happened and we were released with orders to keep pushing fluids. Monday, she perked up some however, her lips were all scabbed from the dehydration. She is finally back to normal. I would have to say the hardest part of being a parent is when your kids are sick and you are helpless.

On Monday, since there was no school I watched Rose and Bray. The kids were so excited to get to play together. 

We had a nice Valentine's Day today. Rosalie's friends had a little party then we went and helped out at Troy's class's party. 

Today was a bad day. The worst part was that we accidentally got locked out of the house and car. Luckily, a good friend saved us, drove us to the High School to get the other set of keys. After the debacle we played outside quite a bit .
