|The Letizia Family||
Yesterday, we got in to NY. We are having such a great time and we have only been here a day so far. Rosalie and Troy love playing with their cousin, Chloe, and can't wait until the rest of their cousins get here in a few days. Today, we walked the creek and went to visit The Sullivan's. Everyone had a great time.

Rosalie loved these Yoda ears so much that she insisted on holding them as she fell asleep.
Today, we visited Aunt Rita, Great Grandma and Great Grandpa, played around outside, and ended the day with ice cream at Charlaps! We are all having such a great time.

Today was such a wonderful day. We spent a lot of time at my cousin, Bridget's. The kids got to play with their cousins and we had a great visit with lots of family.

Is It Just Me Or Is He Starting To Look So Much Older?
The deal was if Rosalie was really good the whole game, we could play on the playground at the end.
A picture from a few days ago, but I don't remember if it ever got posted. It's so cute that it's ok if it posts twice.
Troy was so lucky that his grandparents got here just in time to watch his first whiffle ball game of the season. Troy did great. I can't believe how much he has changed since last year. He has really come out of his shell. We also had a great visit with Grandma and Peepa. Troy loved making our new bench with baskets with Peepa.
We made sure Daddy had a great Father's Day today. We made him a special breakfast, gave him plenty of time to relax, went out for ice cream with friends, and had a Pizza Hut dinner. (Thanks Grandma!) He got a soda machine for his big gift a week ago and he loves it. The kids did interviews about him also, which were hilarious! Some of Troy's great answers were that "Daddy likes to go to the doctors and play Star Wars." Rosalie's answers cracked me up even more. Apparently Daddy is 49 years old and for fun he likes to wash the kitchen floor.

I Could Not Resist Buying This Shirt For Rosalie
Today, we went out to get our new camera. We got the Nikon D3100 and I love it! I didn't realize the difference in quality until we bought this camera. Sometimes I edit pictures, but here they are unedited with the new camera. They are so crisp looking.
Experimenting With Different Focus Techniques
I am devastated. Here are the last of the pictures I took with my Kodak camera. It was a great camera and I got it for Troy's first Christmas so it has given us a good run, especially considering how often I used it. I am hoping to get a new camera tomorrow. If you check this site at all, you know I LOVE taking pictures of our family so this has made me so sad. Even today, I felt that there were a few moments I would love to have been able to take pictures. It also is a terrible time for it to happen, being that in less than a week we are going to NY.

We Met Friends At The Playground Today
Today, we went to Yorktown Beach. We had a great time! Troy is really a little lady's man. While there, he became friends with these two little girls. They loved him and were not happy when it was time for us to leave.
Troy's friend, Marie, had a Fancy Nancy themed Birthday party. It was also extremely hot today so we substituted the dress shirt Troy was going to wear with a vest and short sleeved shirt. It was a drop off party so I loved hearing all about it on the ride home and stole some picture from Marie's Mom, my good friend Ellie. We don't know the Fancy Nancy books since they are directed towards girls, but it didn't stop Troy from having tons of fun.
After 3 years of babysitting Rose, we had our last day on Thursday. She will be starting Preschool in the Fall and I will watch her brother, Bray, only 2 days a week. It has been a great 3 years watching her. She is a wonderful little girl and has been a joy to watch. We had a little party for her with cupcakes and we gave her a present. She loved her Cinderella.

Troy's New Bookbag For Kindergarten!
I know it's early, but Pottery Barn was having a sale and I have heard great things about their school bags. The fact they had Darth Vader sealed the deal! Troy absolutely loves it!
A Bed For Pupcake
Rosalie has been going to bed much better lately when she has a stuffed animal dog that I had growing up. She named it "Pupcake" after Strawberry Shortcake's puppy. Last night, she told me that Pupcake needed his own bed so we made him one today. I love this little girl's creativity!
Playing Video Games
Very rarely we allow Troy to play, but every once in awhile Angelo and Troy get out Angelo's old Playstation 1 and play. It is such a treat for Troy, he loves it!
Since Troy went to work with Daddy today, we decided to break out the camera and take some pictures of Rosalie wearing her new dress.

Troy informed us that he was dressed in his Jedi gear.
