The Easter Bunny's helper came to Troy's school and hid Easter eggs for the kids to find. Troy said he had a great time and he came home wearing this cute hat th
Today, we went to Yankee Candle to see the Easter Bunny with friends. We all had such a great time! I could not believe that Rosalie was not scared one bit of him. Troy and his friend, Lilly, are in the same class and have become great friends. We really enjoy hanging out with them. Lilly's little brother, Brendan, is Rosalie's age and is just so sweet. After The Yankee Candle Co. we took the kids to school where I heard Lilly asking another classmate who he was going to marry. Then she goes, "I'm going to marry Troy!" Catching SnowflakesSanta's Chair! On our way out, we spotted the Easter Bunny doing some shopping.Without any prompting Rosalie pointed to the emblem on my sweat pants and said "Field Hockey." Im so proud!! My other favorite part of this video is her answer when asked what Daddy plays. We used a Candy Apple Dye to decorate our eggs and I really like the glossy look of them. The kids had so much fun decorating. She's Getting So Big!Rosalie made this block creation all on her own! There's nothing that some tape can't fix!Troy's favorite game suffered a break. Luckily, it is still playable with a little tape.
This weekend was The Daffodil Festival and we had crummy weather. That didn't stop us though. We went with Kellie and Brian and still had a good time. The kids loved practicing their karate moves on them.Rory is the little brother Troy wishes he had.The kids had lots of fun with the squirt guns!Today we went to the beach with our friends. I had envisioned the kids playing in the sand and maybe walking in the cold water up to their ankles. How foolish of me! While Rosalie was more hesitant, Troy went up to his belly in the water. We had a great time! We were lucky enough to catch this huge ship go up the river. The Hats They Made At SchoolToday the temperatures were in the 80's. We went to the park and then spent the whole time Troy was at school playing in the yard. Our trees in the front yard are blossoming. This is my favorite time of year! These pajama pants were on sale and combine Troy's two favorite things: Star Wars and Legos.Rosalie has a style all of her own. She insisted on wearing this hat out to eat on this 80 degree day. She also picked out her non-matching pajama's.The Car Caddy I Made Rosalie |
