They went undefeated yesterday so got placed in the gold bracket for today and unfortunately lost.

Outdoor School

Cici went to Outdoor School for the week. At Outdoor School, they stay in cabins  and do nature activities. Rosalie will be an only child at home this week.

D.C

While I went to Hanover for the day with my friend from college Tina, An took the girls to D.C. especially Ford's theater where Lincoln was assisted. Cici is doing a History Day project on Mary  Surrratt who owned the tavern where the men met to plan Lincoln's assignation. The U.S. courts found her guilty and hanged her.

Hanover Junctions Train Station

We had a fun day in Pennsylvania.  First we went to Hanover Junction, where there was a small skirmish during the Civil War. In addition Abe Lincoln changed trains at this station for his inauguration and than again for the Gettysburg Address.
