It was a busy sports weekend. Saturday, Cici had a basketball game and Rosalie filled in on the Majestix team for the Junior Premier Indoor League. Sunday, Troy had a basketball game.

Cici And Habe Watching A Morning Movie
This week's Feature Friday is Troy Letizia. Troy is a senior from Manchester Valley High School and a member of the Geospatial & Drone Technology Program. At Manchester Valley High School, Troy is a member of the varsity football team where he played tight end. At Career & Tech, Troy states that his favorite part of the program is "flying drones in different competitions in class where there is something different every day. It's a really fun experience."
Troy's instructor, Mr. Burnside, says, "Troy demonstrates his motivation to leverage his training and knowledge in the field of geospatial and drone technology. An example of this motivation is his interest and acceptance in what may be a first-ever remotely located virtual internship for Carroll County Public Schools. In this paid internship, Troy is currently geolocating hundred-year-old abandoned oil, gas, and coal mines for a Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection contract, while working in the Carroll County Career and Technology Center."
When Troy is not in school or working at Weis in Hampstead, he has an internship with Harrisburg University for Geographic Information Systems. His passions include working out, running, reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
After graduation, Troy plans to attend a four-year college to pursue Geographic Information Systems.
We wish Troy the best of luck. We know he will make us proud, and we congratulate him on his shoutout in today's Feature Friday.
