For snack today, we made fruit faces. The kids had so much fun doing this. Of course, Rosalie had no interest in eating hers, but Troy devoured his shortly after he made his man.
We had a great Valentine's Day. We went to a Valentine's Party and Troy had a party in his classroom. Also we had a visit from Cheryl. I got photo editing software which I am so excited about! One feature allows you to merge pictures to replace a funny face, looking away, or eyes closed. Picture 1Edited!Valentines Day PartyWe had such a fun day today. We went with Kellie to The Blue Bird Gap Farm where they were giving hayrides. The kids had so much fun. They especially loved the peacock, which Rosalie says now. Troy continues to call it a "pea-hawk" which I think is so cute, it kills me to correct him. After a nice buffet dinner with Kellie and Brian we came home to snow! After one fall in it, Rosalie was ready to go in, but Troy loved throwing snowballs with Mommy. We finally lured him in with a game of "Mousetrap." After his great report card, he was allowed to pick out a new game for the family to play. This game brings back such great memories of my childhood and Troy is all giggles while playing. Our Hayride Trail- so pretty! The Kids Have Been On A Bambi Kick LatelyTroy Thinks We Need A DogOur First SnowfallI hope I am not going to jinx it, but at not even 22 months, Rosalie has potty trained herself. I think it really helps that Troy and Rose (the little girl I babysit) are potty trained so she wants to be like the big kids. I still have her in a diaper because I am not sure how long it will last, but she has not had one accident today and only a few yesterday in undies. It's almost like she woke up and decided she is ready. Im so proud of my big girl! My Budding ArtistTroy's new hobby is to draw comic books with Daddy. He is getting really good too! Here he drew and wrote "Spiderman" Our Little Fashion DivaTroy's PhotographyToday, we had a fun day around the house just playing and we did tons of crafts! It makes me realize how lucky I am that I can stay home with my children. Yesterday, we went shopping and everyone got something. The boys got new shoes, Rosalie got materials for me to make her new hairbows and I got stuff to make this wreath. Rosalie Also Likes Troy's New SandalsTo support those affected by Breast Cancer, I sewed this jumper for Rosalie. I still have a long way to go with my sewing, but I am improving.
